Returns Policy
To keep our prices as competitive as possible, your item is printed to order. We ask you to check our size guides so that we can get it right first time. We can guide you on this; email us at help@thegreyicon.com.
We use standard British sizing. We have a onetime size exchange policy for items returned to us within 30 days if it isn’t just right.
How to return items
Any Items returned should be unworn, unwashed and in the packaging and condition you received it to qualify for an exchange, and within 30 days of your purchase. Any item returned after this time will not be eligible for our free exchange offer
Please contact our orders team at orders@thegreyicon.com before returning any item. We will give you a returns reference number. Please also include your contact details to allow us to deal with your exchange or return promptly.
The cost to return the item to us is your responsibility, though we will pay for sending out an exchanged item to you.
We will do our utmost to get your new item back to you within 7 working days after receiving and processing your item. orders@thegreyicon.com will be happy to update you with the status of your exchange.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We recommend that use a trackable shipping service and/or you buy shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for any returned items that do not reach us, nor will we be able to replace or refund such items.
